Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Track on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

Any goal, task, habit, book, reading log, or expense you create belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over it, and, as explained in our Privacy Policy, we don't have access to it in the first place since it lives on your device.

Premium unlocks unlimited use of every tracker plus widgets, System Lock, and Google Drive backup, for a single one-time purchase, not a subscription. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing (or Apple's App Store on iOS), and refund requests are handled under their respective refund policies, not by us directly.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or circumvent Premium entitlement checks or purchase verification.
• Interfere with the app's operation or attempt to extract its source code beyond what applicable law permits.

Track is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Estimates the app shows you (like a book's finish date or a goal's progress) are calculated from your own logged data and are informational only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashtec Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Track, including loss of data. We'd encourage using the built-in Google Drive backup if you want an extra safety net for your data.

You can stop using Track at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any part of it, at our discretion, though we'll aim to give reasonable notice for anything that affects Premium purchasers.

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ashtec Apps is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
